What Is Spray Dryer Technology?

Spray Drying converts controlled liquid formulations into homogeneous dry particles through atomization and rapid drying.

What Is Spray Dryer Technology?

Spray Dryer technology (Spray Drying) is an advanced industrial drying process in which liquid formulations are atomized into very small droplets and sprayed into a stream of hot air, allowing them to be rapidly dried and converted into a powder form.

During the process, the liquid formulation is atomized into very fine droplets using a specialized atomization system. As the surface area of the droplets increases, the water they contain is rapidly and efficiently removed under controlled conditions.

As a result, the liquid formulation containing glycine and micronutrients is transformed into dry particles with homogeneous and controlled physical properties.

Spray Dryer technology enables the development of advanced glycine-complexed micronutrient formulations by providing product homogeneity, controlled drying, and enhanced product stability.

REACH Compliance

Our company has initiated the registration process under the European Union REACH Regulation for the EDDHA included in our portfolio, within the scope of the products and solutions we offer in the agricultural sector.

Upon completion of the REACH registration process, our objective is to ensure the full regulatory compliance of the substance with European Union requirements and to secure its sustainable commercialization within the EU market.

With the cooperation of AGROCERT – TÜV AUSTRIA, the CE Certification process under Module D1 has been initiated for our products.
